Meditation
Meditation Instructions:
Sitting Easy Pose. Eyes closed, focused on Third Eye. Slight neck lock.
Fingers together, palms facing forward. Elbows bent. Forearms pointing upward.
Rolling shoulders up and back to bring arms in line with shoulders.
Chanting the mantra HAR. Tip of tongue flicks ridge behind upper teeth. Navel moves towards spine.
